By playing Polyverse, you agree to the following terms.
Using the game
Polyverse is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the game
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the game
- Use the game in any unlawful way
Gameplay and progress
Polyverse is designed to be relaxing but challenging.
We do not guarantee:
- That the game will always be error-free
- That progress, scores, or data will never be lost
(We do our best, but this is still software.)
Updates and availability
We may:
- Update or change the game at any time
- Add or remove features
- Limit or stop availability without notice
Liability
Polyverse is provided “as is”.
To the extent permitted by law, Sennep Games is not liable for:
- Any loss of data or progress
- Any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the game
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
Intellectual property
All content in Polyverse — including design, visuals, and gameplay — belongs to Sennep Games.
