Polyverse is designed to be calm, focused, and respectful of your time — and your data. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect a small amount of data to make the game work and improve it over time.
This may include:
- Basic device information (model, OS version)
- Gameplay data (progress, levels completed)
- Crash reports and performance data
- Anonymous identifiers used for analytics and advertising
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name or email unless you choose to contact us directly.
How we use it
We use this data to:
- Make sure the game runs smoothly
- Understand how players interact with puzzles
- Fix bugs and improve gameplay
- Measure performance of marketing campaigns
Third-party services
We use trusted third-party tools to help us run and improve Polyverse:
- Analytics and attribution tools (e.g. AppsFlyer)
- Advertising platforms (e.g. Meta)
These services may collect anonymous data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep data
We keep data only for as long as we need it.
- Crash reports and performance data: typically up to 12 months
- Analytics and attribution data: typically up to 24 months
- Anything you send us by email: kept until the conversation is resolved, then deleted on request
App Tracking Transparency
Polyverse uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
This means:
- We will ask your permission before tracking your activity across other apps and websites
- If you choose not to allow tracking, your experience of the game will not be affected
- Any data used for advertising or attribution will be limited accordingly
You can change your choice at any time in your device settings.
Your choices
You can:
- Limit ad tracking through your device settings
- Opt out of personalised ads where supported by your device
You also have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Ask us to stop using it for certain purposes

Children
Polyverse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please email matt@sennep.com and we will delete it.
